Everyone’s journey starts with a meeting and a free consultation. The second step is an individual fitness assessment which can include any of the following: body composition test, cholesterol check, blood pressure and posture check. When necessary, this will be followed up by a nutrition assessment. All training programmes are tailored to the individual’s needs and objectives; these are our priority from our very first meeting. Moving forward, every fitness/training session will last 60 minutes – however we spend that time, I can guarantee that a full hour will be dedicated entirely to you and your requirements.
