A skills building workshop is a weekly 45 min team training session linked to improve exercise technique and productivity of your own workouts. Each workshop is led by two qualified instructors who control workout intensity using hear rate monitors. We tailor program content and design to your unique needs. Participants will learn to perform moves in safe and effective way. During all workshops we aim to video participants to create the strongest learning experience. Feedback will come from both instructors and habits that need to be improved will be communicated individually.
