My Training

All my sessions are fun and disciplined. I leave no room for error during my workouts, so they are well-balanced and designed to achieve set goals. Focusing on an holistic approach, I incorporate strength, cardio-vascular and flexibility training into my regime. This helps me to achieve a higher threshold and make sure that all muscle groups are included.

I’m always keen to push myself to the limit and set myself new challenges. It’s harder to stay motivated on a day-to-day basis when you’re training alone, so one of the keys to my success is to work in a team – fundamental when I’m training with a competition in mind.
