Everyone’s journey starts with a meeting and a free consultation. The second step is an individual fitness assessment which can include body composition test, cholesterol check, blood pressure and posture check. When necessary, this will be followed up by a nutrition assessment. All training programmes are tailored to the individual’s needs and objectives; these are our priority from our very first meeting. Moving forward, every fitness/training session will last 60 or 30 min minutes – however we spend that time, I can guarantee that a full session will be dedicated entirely to you and your requirements.
